Jesse Valdez, LL.M.
| Jesse Valdez is a partner in the firm. Before joining Valdez Lehman, Jesse worked for Shulkin & Hutton in downtown Seattle, focusing on bankruptcy and business law. Prior to that, he externed for the Honorable Judge Karen A. Overstreet, Chief Bankruptcy Judge for the Western District of Washington. Jesse’s current areas of practice focuses on Bankruptcy (Chapter(s) 7, 11, 13), Estate Planning/Probate, Corporations/Business Law, Taxation, Creditor/Debtor, Real Estate and Commercial Litigation where he assists businesses and individuals in formulating strategies and solutions for their everyday needs. Jesse’s professional acknowledgments include the 2009 Latina/o Bar Association of Washington Member of the Year Award and the 2010 Seattle University School of Law La JusticiaAward.
He has also appeared as a lecturer on Estate Planning for the King County Bar Association Continuing Legal Education program.Jesse is a life-long resident of Washington State and is an avid basketball and football fan. He is an active member in his local community and currently resides in Bellevue with his wife, his son and the family dog Apollo. |
