Charles Lehman
| Charles Lehman is a partner in the firm. Prior to joining Valdez Lehman, Charles practiced as a tort and business litigator for a well established Seattle law firm. In his current practice, Charles provides counsel to small businesses owners in an array of matters that include Business Formation, Contract Negotiations, Intellectual Property (Trademark, Copyright & Trade Secrets) and Commercial Litigation. In addition, Charles assists individuals and families as they navigate through the often complex and emotionally taxing process of Estate Planning and Probate law; advises local area talent in the field of media law relating to Copyright and Right of Publicity and provides representation for individuals charged with Criminal Misdemeanor offenses (DUI, Reckless Driving and Assault).Despite his busy practice, Charles volunteers his time lecturing on various topics of the law to young students and is a volunteer judge for moot court competitions at the University of Washington.
As a near life-long resident of the the Pacific Northwest, Charles is an avid fly-fisherman, rock climber and devoted Husky fan. He also enjoys running, golf and travel. Charles currently resides with his wife in Bellevue. |
