Jesse Valdez receives 2010 La Justicia Award

We are pleased to announce that Jesse Valdez is the 2010 recipient of Seattle Univeristy’s School of Law La Justicia Award. This award goes out to outstanding Latina/o alumni who exemplify the values of excellence and service that the law school supports and works to instill in all its graduates. Jesse was honored on March 11, 2010 at Seattle University School of Law, Sullivan Hall. Among the noted invitees present were the Honorable Justice Charles Z. Smith (Ret.), Attorney General Robert McKenna and the Honorable Judge Steven C. Gonzalez. In addition, interim Dean Annette Clark and the Office of Alumni Relations, together with family, friends and colleagues gathered together on this date to recognize Jesse for his many contributions to the legal community.
